What is included in the three-month pilot?
Full RevOptix1 software for one facility NPI at $550/month for months 1–3: unlimited analyses on your own charts after BAA, documentation scoring, audit-readiness reports, and the compliance dashboard. No Small / Medium / Large commitment until month 4.
When does billing begin?
Not when you create an account. Signup verifies your facility NPI. Onboarding collects the SaaS agreement and BAA. The $550/month Pilot charge begins when you complete Stripe checkout — after those steps. PHI upload stays gated until the BAA is executed.
What happens after month 3?
You continue on the bed-count software plan that matches certified census — Small $750 (under 75), Medium $1,375 (76–150), Large $2,400 (151–250), or Enterprise $3,500 (251+; confirm scope) — or you stop with 30 days written notice.
Why do expert tracks require a consultation?
Expert retainers are priced by certified bed count and include human MDS, survey, or federal support. Live Stripe does not list a unique price ID for every expert bed tier, so we will not send a mismatched flat checkout. Schedule a consult with the selected track; quoted checkout follows after scope confirmation.
Is a Business Associate Agreement required?
Yes, before any resident PHI is uploaded. RevOptix1 is designed for HIPAA-regulated workflows. We do not claim HIPAA certification. You remain responsible for your own HIPAA program.
Can I cancel?
Plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. There are no cancellation fees for monthly software plans. Upon termination, PHI is returned or securely destroyed per your BAA.
