Do I need to change my EHR system? ▾
No. RevOptix1™ is designed to work with common chart exports from most major SNF EHR systems. Your staff exports charts using your existing system's standard export function and uploads them to RevOptix1™. Because RevOptix1™ reviews exported chart files rather than requiring direct integration, most facilities can begin without a major IT project.
What is a BAA and why do I need one? ▾
A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is legally required under HIPAA before any patient chart data can be shared with RevOptix1™. We provide a fully drafted BAA with every subscription — you review it with your compliance team, sign it, and return it. Platform access for PHI analysis is granted after BAA execution.
Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. There are no cancellation fees for monthly plans. Upon termination, your PHI is returned or securely destroyed per your BAA terms.
