Privacy

This page summarizes how RevOptix1 handles information. It is not legal advice and is not a HIPAA certification.

Resident PHI

Resident protected health information is accepted only inside the authenticated RevOptix1 platform after a Business Associate Agreement is executed. Do not email charts. PDPM Audit Optimization Group marketing pages do not accept PHI.

Account information

We collect facility name, NPI, work email, and related onboarding details to verify the facility, create an account, and bill software subscriptions through Stripe.

Security posture

RevOptix1 is designed for HIPAA-regulated workflows. Upload is gated until BAA and onboarding checks pass. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not claim HIPAA certification and do not currently claim a SOC 2 Type I/II report.

Retention

Upon termination, PHI is returned or securely destroyed per your BAA. Questions: info@revoptix1.com.
