Terms of use
These terms describe public use of revoptix1.com and software access. Binding SaaS and BAA documents are signed during onboarding. This page is not a substitute for those agreements.
Software subscriptions
The three-month Pilot is $550/month for one facility NPI. From month 4, pricing follows certified bed count: Small $750, Medium $1,375, Large $2,400, Enterprise $3,500 (251+ beds; confirm scope). Billing for the Pilot begins when Stripe checkout completes — not when an account is created. Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Expert services
MDS, survey, and federal retainers are offered by PDPM Audit Optimization Group, priced by bed count, and require a consult before checkout. They are not RevOptix1 software starting prices.
PHI and acceptable use
No resident PHI until the BAA is executed. Use the platform for lawful compliance and documentation review. Findings are decision-support. You remain responsible for coding, billing, and clinical judgment.
